SMS / Text Message Terms

Text-message delivery and SMS security-code verification are not configured. Ross & Associates Tax Office will not represent SMS as available until a provider, a company-controlled sending identity, required messaging registration, delivery callbacks, and an authorized end-to-end test are complete.

• Account enrollment or phone-ownership verification after the service is activated.
• A role-policy-approved backup or recovery step.
• Authenticator-app verification remains primary for Founder/Owner and Administrator access.
• A security-code consent never enrolls the recipient in marketing texts.

Providing a phone number does not enroll you in text messaging. Separate, explicit consent is required before approved SMS delivery. Consent for a security code is limited to authentication and recovery messages and never enrolls you in marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

No SMS messages are currently sent. If activated, security codes would be sent only when requested or required by an approved security flow. Service and marketing message frequency would be governed by separate approved policies and consent.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless carrier and plan. Ross & Associates Tax Office is not responsible for carrier fees.

STOP and HELP instructions will be published with the approved sending identity before any messaging program is activated. For current assistance, use the Tax Office contact page or secure portal.

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance.
