By providing your mobile number on our contact form, intake form, appointment booking, portal profile, or by verbally consenting during an appointment, you agree to receive SMS messages from Ross & Associates Tax Office. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and active filing. During tax season, you may receive several messages per week tied to your return; outside of season, frequency is lower.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless carrier and plan. Ross & Associates Tax Office is not responsible for carrier fees.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation, after which no further SMS will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of essential email or portal communication required to complete an active return.
