Security Is A Top Priority
Every document, message, and return is protected by enterprise-grade infrastructure. Our portal runs on AES-256-encrypted storage, TLS 1.3 in transit, and access controls aligned with IRS Publication 4557 standards.
Identity Authentication
Before any return is e-filed, your identity is verified through multi-step authentication — email confirmation, KBA questions where applicable, and Form 8879 signature validation. We never e-file without verified consent.
Set Security Rules
You control who sees what. Set login alerts, require multi-factor authentication on every sign-in, and choose whether household members can view your shared documents.
SSN & IRS Notifications
Optional alerts notify you the moment your SSN appears on any prepared return, any IRS letter is uploaded to your vault, or any document is shared outside your account.
How We Protect Your Information
We follow IRS-mandated Written Information Security Plans (WISP), use role-based internal access, log every preparer action for audit, and purge browser sessions automatically after inactivity.
IRS Compliance & 7216 Consent
We obtain your written §7216 consent before sharing your information for any purpose beyond preparing your return. You can revoke consent at any time inside your client portal.
